A webinar on the Farm Act 2020 was organised on 6th December 2020. The resource person Ms. Anu Ghai, a certified charted accountant by profession, gave a detailed outline of this current sensational topic , with much emphasis on the conflict between the interests of the farmers ad the corporates. She also gave a detailed account of the linkages between the Essential Commodities Act and the Farm Act. The webinar provided a practitioners point of view on the much debated Farm Act and the legal and political debate it had triggered.
