Saveetha school of Law organized a webinar on “Entrepreneurship scenario and initiatives taken by Indian government” on 05/12/2020. The speaker for the session was Ms. S. Sindhuja, B.A.LLB(Hons), Practising Advocate in Madras High Court dealing matters related to Corporate and Company Laws. The speaker started the seminar giving an introduction about Entrepreneurship, its importance, and also the opportunities available. She also gave insight on business environment like political, economic, social and technological environment and how these environment influences an entrepreneur. She also explained various initiatives taken by Government of India like Start up India to promote entrepreneurship and schemes that benefits the growth of entrepreneurs. The topic was highly useful for the participants to get more aware of the latest schemes of government related to entrepreneurship and also the opportunities available.
