Saveetha School of Law conducted a webinar on CUSTOMS ACT ITS BASIC STRUCTURE AND ITS FUNCTIONING It was co ordinated by Student coordinator: Madhu Manjari. L B.A.LLB(Hons) 13160166 and Faculty coordinator Asst. Prof. Mr.Dinesh The webinar was conducted on 24.12.2020 between 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM .The resource person invited for this session was J. ILANGO, DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS. The resource person shared his insights on Customs Act its structure and functioning. He has explained about the basics of customs, powers and duties of commissioner of customs. He focused on explaining how our countries development depends on trading of goods. By the end of the session various doubts and queries were resolved.
