Saveetha School of Law conducted a webinar on Contemporary Issues in India and Constitutional Law on 30.03.2021. The Resource Person was Mrs. A.S.Divya, an Advocate. The speaker started the seminar by giving an introduction to the concept of Constitutional Morality and its explanation in the Constitutional law. During this webinar the speaker elucidated the the various elements of the constitution. She explained the constitutional validity of the elements. The speaker also cited various case laws for better understanding of each element of the Constitution of India. She finally concluded by explaining the need to uphold the constitutional morality. This Topic holds great importance as it is essential to discuss the contemporary issues and stay on par with the provisions of the mother document of all the laws in India.
